  • Overview

    The VP, Studio Sales is responsible for sales and revenue goals for the company.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible to identify, assess, and target sales opportunities for the Company's post production, multi-platform content processing and prep capabilities.
    • Act as the Company's liaison/contact to all studios as defined by SVP Studio Sales.
    • Develops and monitors annual sales/revenue goals and objectives
    • Maintain continuous dialogue with Company's Sales team i.e.: provides weekly updates via detailed written reports and status updates.
    • Provide periodic updates via participation in scheduled meetings.
    • Partner with internal teams to construct applicable pricing models for content processing and prep.
    • Develop and implement sales strategy for all sales prospects. 
    • Update all contacts, and status updates in Salesforce.
    • Works with Senior Management and with internal department heads to ensure Distribution Sales teams have all available/necessary resources to meet company revenue goals and objectives
    • Oversees legal/negotiations and contractual commitment
    • Revenue identification and growth
    • Monthly Revenue Projections
    • Internal & External Customer Management

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 10 years Studio Sales Experience
    • Must have strong sales and leadership skills and be able to set goals and priorities
    • Must have relationship management skills and be able to negotiate contracts
    • Must have ability to understand technical processes and explain them to a nontechnical audience
    • A charismatic and credible communicator who leads by example
    • Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to thrive in an energetic, fast pace, high growth, entrepreneurial environment
    • Strong team player who can build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
    • Have excellent communication skills - written, verbal, presentation and interpersona
