Overview: The Director of Client Services is responsible for the day-to-day management of a primary Studio account. This position will interact on a daily basis with multiple departments and functionsas well as will be working in conjunction with internal departments and staff, the Client Services Director assists with the implementation of programs and projects. Typical duties include planning, developing, implementing and evaluating programs and projects, coordinating project activities, collaborating with project team members, developing measurable project goals and objectives, and monitoring progress toward achievement.
The Client Services director will prepare agendas for meetings, document key decisions and collaborate with team members to develop project collateral. They will write and disseminate work plans and project documents, including procedures, proposals, progress reports and presentations. This role requires adaptability to ensure that the needs of each unique client are understood and supported.
